Practice, they say, makes perfection,
But some would argue: natural selection.
I think, however, they they both aren't quite true,
As perfection can be seen by looking at you.
You may not be able to do everything,
But that's not what perfection's about.
You may not be able to dance, to sing,
And your perfection may be in doubt,
But perfection stems not from talent,
But on the ability to do
Your best, in a manner gallant,
Whenever it's asked of you.
So, don't fret if you're not able
To lift up that really heavy table.
Perfection is more simple than it may seem.
Perfection, then, is doing what's right for you and your team.
