There comes a time, when the situation goes
In a way that nobody wins.
And we must find a compromise
(Which should be where we begin).
A compromise is designed
So that both parties are content,
And that neither of them feel
Like the got the short end of a stick that's bent.
So, when you have a discrepancy,
To the negotiating table you should go
And try to resolve matters so everybody's glad
With the eventual turnout to show.
I know that we can always find a compromise,
And, in fact, it's rather quick,
'Cause most of what you like, I like,
And a lot of what I like, you find slick.
