Friday!

There are many days throughout the week,
Monday's for the birds, it's in their beaks.
Tuesday's fine, but in the way
Is Tuesday's neighbor, Wednesday.

Thursday's bad, 'cause it's not quite the end,
And Sunday's sad, 'cause it is.
And Saturday's busy, so I send
My heart to Friday, with a hug and a kiss.

Friday's a great day, 'cause it's a short day at work,
And We do have some errands, but we avoid all the jerks,
'Cause they don't leave work 'till 5 o'clock,
And by that time, we're taking stock.

It's got all the great parts of the week
Rolled up into one day,
And thought it happens often, it still make me tweak:
Thank God for my fun day.
